An excellent spot for exploring mid-Wales, with key-ready check-in and a pristine room. Enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere while watching rugby with locals, and the meals were exceptional, making dining a highlight. The breakfast again stood out, accompanied by fantastic service, contributing to a restful stay in the quiet environment.

Awesome location with friendly vibes!
The staff were super chill and really made us feel at home. The food was delish and didn’t break the bank. Only bummer was the lack of beer options in the bar. Can't complain too much though. we had a great time overall.

The evening meal at the Greyhound was a delightful culinary surprise with flavours that danced on my palate, and the breakfast spread was a feast for champions, featuring options that made mornings feel special. Plus, the friendly staff really added to the charm, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
While our stay was lovely, we did face a bit of a kerfuffle with a noisy extractor fan nearby that kept waking us up—it was a bit of a bother. Plus, more air circulation with a fan would have made the room the perfect cozy retreat.

The double room brings a cozy warmth, with a charming decor that feels homey. It’s well-located, easy access to local attractions and some stunning countryside views.
On arrival, it took a while to sort out our room key situation due to a mix-up with another guest. The noise from the neighboring bathroom’s extractor fan was a real nuisance at night, interrupting sleep. The shower drain had issues during our stay, and the continental breakfast was disappointingly basic—a few pieces of toast and some marmalade just doesn’t cut it when you expect more variety.

had a fantastic stay here! friendly team were super welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. food was amazin, especially the poached eggs in the morning. perfect spot for a winter motorbike ride, so cozy! definitely stay here again.
room could've used a bit more cleaning, some spots were a bit dusty. also, wished there were more herbal tea options instead of just black tea.
